Overall amazing and ample seating. Great to come and doing homework / work from home. However the menu has such odd lunch items (I would not suggest coming here thinking you will be able to get some work done and enjoy some good lunch items). The menu needs to be redone will better simple lunch items. Overall friendly staff & prime east Liberty location

What a cool spot in East Liberty! Margaux has both a cafe portion and a bar in the same location. I came here when it was later at night, so I didn't get to see the cafe in all its glory. But, from what I had at the bar, I can tell it's a nice spot. I don't drink alcohol, so I just got a mocktail. I can't quite recall what it was called, but I thought it was awesome. It was sparkling and had a nice fruity and herbal flavor to it. Really good mocktail. My buddy got a cocktail and said it was quite good as well. The service is nice, the views are pretty cool if you're sitting by the windows, and the overall vibe of the place is super cool. I would definitely recommend this spot, and would like to come back for small plates or pastries and coffee in the morning!

I know it’s more expensive than other coffee shops, but I have to say it’s worth it! This space is so pretty and with a great vibe, huge open area with lots of windows and cozy seating. They have a full bar for a boozy brunch, but their classic cafe is great! The spring special tangerine latte was one of the bets over had! The chicken salad toast was also delicious, with a pretty good portion size and some of the best chicken salad honestly had. It’s a super great place to hang out, do some work, or read, really love it!

I’m a regular at Margaux, and it’s easily one of my favorite spots. The coffee is consistently excellent, and the atmosphere always feels warm and inviting. Sarah, in particular, makes the experience even better, she’s incredibly welcoming, kind, and genuinely makes you want to stay longer.

I wanted to give it a perfect rating, so bad, but the coffee was a letdown. Margaux is one of the prettiest cafe in pittsburgh, if not the prettiest. It is large, spacious, modern, full of natural light, and has plenty of seating options + free wifi. it also has a wide variety of indoor plants which gives it a very urban jungle vibes. You go out to the cash register and order there. They hand you a number and then bring you your food and drink. This basically means you don’t have to wait at the counter for your drink to be ready and can go chill instead, which is pretty cool. I visited on Monday morning, and it was pretty full. Most people were either just working from there or having meetings. The crowded the cafe seemed a little bit more posh compared to the other cafes. I have visited. For the first round, I got a cappuccino, which was average. I also got the chicken toast, which is an open face sourdough with generous serving of chicken salad. The toast was amazing. They did not skimp on the quantity of chicken as the flavours and textures were on spot. For my second round, I got an almond croissant, which was again pretty average and a latte, which was very disappointing. The
